Added InUseThreads to WorkItemGroup #5

I needed the current number of threads running in a WorkItemGroup, so I added it to the interface and the WorkItemGroup.

That would be useful functionality for me as well. Can this be added to the Release version of STP?

Totally forgot my pull request. But its nice to see that someone else needs this functionality.
