"completed" is not a valid code for Condition.clinicalStatus #15

In CCD_1 FHIR translation Pneumonia condition has clinicalStatus as "completed". Valid values appear to be 'active', 'relapse', 'remission', 'resolved' in http://hl7.org/fhir/valueset-condition-clinical.html.
