CCD_1 Plan Of Care Status invalid status, moodCode not considered #23

'new' is not a valid ProcedureRequest resource status (http://hl7.org/fhir/valueset-procedure-request-status.html). The status looks to be more related to CCDA moodCode not statusCode which is constant. Since moodCode is not considered all the ProcedureRequest resources generated are identical.
