Add more visibility for notes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. it is currently impossible to have an overview if there is any notes in any agent without checking manually each and everyone of them. this make the feature be from unintuitive to unusable in a multi-user environement.

Describe the solution you'd like a dedicated collumn in the main dash with the number of notes per agent: or a number / symbol that something is there next to the notes icon

Or even a dedicated dashboard in the style of the "alert overview" with the possibility of searching/filtering to have a global view of all the notes

Or all the above all at once 😘

And while at it why not considering an "unread" tag for the notes that would display if a note has not been check by a particular tactical user.
