Patch filter for "Preview" patches #1835

Pretty straightforward request. There are already options for the various types of patches, would it be possible to add a filter and option to automatically ignore all patches with "Preview" in the descriptions? Those are really the only patches I don't want pushed out, the rest can get pushed as per the normal schedule.
