It's challenging for users to manage printers efficiently within Tactical RMM, especially when identifying connected printers via USB or IP.

Integrate a feature allowing users to easily view all connected printers within the Tactical RMM dashboard, including USB and IP connections, for streamlined printer management.

This enhancement would simplify printer management, boosting user productivity and effectiveness within Tactical RMM.

Printers have always been a nightmare for administration.

Until this is a reality: https://www.pcworld.com/article/2063966/windows-soon-no-new-printer-drivers-from-the-device-manufacturers-the-reason.html There's no way to manage the nightmare programmatically.

Absolutely! The idea is to make printer management as painless as possible. Implementing a feature to show connected printers and their connection types (like USB or IP) would definitely simplify things. Lansweeper's setup is a good example to follow here. It's all about making life easier for users.
