fetch complete joke displays in textarea button click displays joke

Dad joke api is limited to 50 fetches per day and will display 'GET' error if passes limit. Additional joke api added for joke of the day should be a programming related joke. Will continue to look for an additional API, however, will be only using 2 for the time being.
