Grab the most important frames from a video #373

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play a video and capture most important frames
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Need to grab most important frames

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last version cause I downloaded yesterday
Please provide any additional information below.
I used keyframe of ffmpeg and it takes 500 frames of 1002. I don't know if the 
result it's right. Is there any algorithm in JavaCV, OpenCV that captures more 
important frames?
