Using the -O option saves the thumbnails but has no order.
thumbnails getting saved with a number at the end of the filename but it looks random to me as that's not the Nth thumbnail in the output.
Basically it should be it's number in the grid, counted from the first (Top left) thumbnail in grid to last thumbnail (Bottom right)
