Game Tinyus power selection bar is not visible #104

In the Game Tinyus (homebrew port of Gradius) the power selection bar is not visible at the botton , the game need to be config at 4x instead 5x

Strange oversight! Maybe the viewport changed since the first beta because I did enjoy this one when it first came out. Anyway, fixed!
