Double-height font for hi-res launcher and Pocket #114

For the hi-res launcher, we will need to find a way to either convert or make a double-height font. This could also be very useful for the Pocket launcher, since it's hard to read the entries at the current size (of course, that will affect the layout, so we need to do some experiments there).
