misterFPGA with Pocket controls #135

Would it be possible to have the same controls on misterFPGA as for the Pocket

Select -> Virtual Keyboard Start /LT/RT -> Mouse emulation

There is no mouse emulation or on-screen keyboard in the MiSTer core that I am aware of. You can map certain keyboard keys to the controller in the settings, though.
