New syntax for dividing degrees to subdivisions #22

Add syntax for dividing the current note length to subdivisions. Something like:

"h 1 2 (1 2 3) 4"

Done. "w 6 ((64)(4321)) 83" or "h B K (B B) K (B (B K)) (B B) (B B) KD", use: {...} etc, works
