Update Turkish translation #100

I hope someone fork and update the project.

Hello. I see that the project is still needed by someone. Therefore, I decided to take a vacation from work and release version 2.0 before the end of the year. I don't use gnome now. I've been using Cinnamon for a while now, so version 2 will only support Xorg. I also plan to completely rewrite the codebase so that the project can be easily extended.

Thank you for your interest in the project, your translation will definitely get into version 2.0

Fork already here https://github.com/SeaDve/Kooha. It's superior in all way then RecApp and the only one purpose of RecApp was dependencies on free gstreamer plugins but this is no longer and issue even for distros like Fedora with patent issues. App even never worked correctly.
