Figure out how to provide argparser arguments with unittests;
Fix filtering out predictions of detected objects.

@Namibillow, regarding the Detector class, the main goal in milestone is to make the modules runnable for now and have a base structure for the project. We'll focus on the correctness and fixing predictions in later iterations. Thanks for your input!
