Add hostname to metrics #25

Hi @amimof,

It seems the PR was previously abandoned by the contributor. Not to discard his work, I've checked out his PR, fixed the issue, and tested it. As I'm unable to push to the same ref, I had to create a new PR.

It seems fine for me. What's your impression?
