This fixes namespace packages and allows for multiple aminatorplugins.provisioner packages cc/ @pas256

Could this be merged? The package namespace issue is preventing me from installing the package via the plugin manager.

@bunjiboys Any qualms about merging this in? I can merge it but don't want to trample on your project...
