What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a non-ascii named html file on SD card, e.g. 日本語.html
2. Click the file in OI File Manager. There should be options like "File
Editor" and "HTMLViewer". Select "HTMLViewer"
3. A "Web page not available" page will be seen. (The Web page at
content://com.android.htmlfileprovider/mnt/sdcard/Test/%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E8%AA%
9E.html?text/html could not be loaded as : The requestedd file was not found.)
4. However the raw HTML can be viewed in "File Editor"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-- Expect to successfully read the html with HTMLViewer like other english
named HTML files.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-- Android 2.2, OI File Manager 1.1.4
Please provide any additional information below.
-- Tested with Chinese and Japanese characters only, not sure if it affect all
