What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open OI Shopping List, edit an item and edit its note.
2. OI Notepad is opened.
3. Select menu > theme. Modify the theme.
4. Close the note, open the note again.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The theme setting is lost. Ideally it should be stored in OI Shopping List.
Note: the option "use this theme for all lists" (it should actually say "for
all notes") could be omitted, because there is no way to access all external
notes and change their theme since they are stored externally - or is there?
