OI Safe: Backup dialog may prevent proper decryption / encryption of notes #342

User report:
"I was really surprised and disappointed to see that an encrypted note I had 
stored in OI Notepad was suddenly empty.
One clue I got is that when I started OI Safe after that, it displayed a dialog 
box reminding me to backup my safe...
Maybe that dialog prevented Notepad to get the note decrypted properly?"

Can this behavior be reproduced? If yes, how can it be fixed?
