Icon for OI File Manager: New folder

The following icon is required:
Icon name:
ic_menu_new_folder

Application:
OI File Manager

Type:
action bar icon

Description of icon:
Pressing this creates a new folder. Currently, the "+" icon is used, but this 
is too generic. It would be nice if one could see at a glance that a new folder 
is to be added, so it could be a folder with a "+" sign.
