A Typo in `writeSlices()` #9

Hi, there is a typo in this line, which does not raise exceptions but actually writes nothing to InstanceNumber field. This should be 0020|0013 rather than 0020,0013.

I'm currently not convenient to open PR, sorry. Thank you for great work!
