Diacritics on the first letters blocks suggestion

What steps will reproduce the problem?
With the defaulf Fr dict
1. type 'ca'

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead?
'ça' should be in the suggestions, and it is not. Istead I get 'Ca', 'Cas', 
'Vas'…

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using? (See "Debug" section at
the bottom of the app's Settings menu.)
On what phone or tablet?

If applicable, does this affect the 4-row or 5-row layout, or both? Which
language(s)?
As far as I know, both layouts, in any language where there are words with 
diacritics on the first letter.

I'll take a look, but I suspect this may be a defect of the dictionaries in 
whichbcase I wouldn't be able to fix it from the keyboard code.

Yes, it seems to be an issue with the dictionary data, for example 'eco' shows 
various suggested completions starting with an accented e. Sorry, since I don't 
have the dictionary data in an editable format I don't think I can fix this 
easily.

I just tested adding 'ça' to the user dictionary manually via system settings 
> languages > custom dictionary > French, that seems to work and it now appears 
as a suggestion for 'ca'.
