Why the app does not have support for small screens like QVGA

.xml#7)

I mean this >> android:smallScreens="false"

I just download the apk from here and it works prety well. Only found one 
button small than it should be, but everything else work good. It would be nice 
to have an oportunity download app from Market and follow updates.

If you do not have an device and don't want to test it in emulator, I can write 
support fixes and test it for these device.
