Enhancement: Stream Videos from phone #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Android VLC Remote
2. Select a file on the phone
3. Play

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A http (or any other suitable) server is started on the phone, which streams 
the selected file.
The connected player opens that stream and plays it.

Please provide any additional information below.
It would be a nice "party feature": Your friend got nice films/music on his 
phone and wants to play it on your stereo. So open VLC, your friend connects to 
your wifi, starts VLC remote and clicks on play. No copying/waiting needed.
