prepare failed on vlc connection #40

i started app it said already in use then i change port to 9000 then it start 
again it start then i tried to connect vlc on this port it connects and app 
goes to check for support then prepare failed msg logs on screen, i am testing 
it on Moto attix

i have also triet with openRTSP to receive stream but same response :(

resolved the issue by putting these lines in success of TestH264 class 
mr.reset();
mr.release();
after clean(); method call

Indeed i wasn't correctly cleaning stuff in TestH264, it will be fixed in the 
next version :)
