UI Inconsistencies Fix #50

Resolves #49

Reduce use of neutral-800 and dividing lines

Remove old folder and record cards. Replace with designs more like the new record detail card.

Reduce harsh borders and add transparency to dropdowns and modals

General Fixes:

Auto scroll to keep pagination UI in view if new page is smaller than the last
Add view history link to bottom of history sidebar
Add titles to input elements so that they have descriptive tooltips
Consolidate table implementation to one element (remove video specific table)
Allow sharing folders
Add UI indicator on the currently open folder
Fix not loading all records if more than a few videos have been played
