Inline with a discussion in Amino Syncup meeting about managing Demo application in respective Repository, Face recognition and License plate apps are currently maintained independently as a separate gradle project in Amino.Run-Demo repo. So it is easy to move these application in new repo
Also unlike all other app, Face recognition applications is not Android app.So added it as subproject needs gradle task restructuring.
