Upgrade to LanguageTool 2.8

Changes include:

* Many updates for the error detection rules for Breton, Catalan, Dutch, 
English, French, German, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, and 
Ukrainian
* Several bug fixes
* Java API: removed deprecated methods
