Make some model files optional #30

Not all model files are required for the system to run. Make the following files optional:

depedit.ini entity_deps.tab hasa.tab isa.tab entity_mods.tab coref.tab antonyms.tab affix_tokens.tab debug.tab names.tab numbers.tab override.ini stop_list.tab open_close_punct.tab
