[Feature] Connection Count / Download Priority

I would love to see a feature that lets us set connection counts and speed limits based on download priority. Similar to FDM.

For example:

• Low Priority: 2 connections, max 256 kbps
• Medium Priority: 8 connections, max 2 Mbps. (Default)
• High Priority: 32 connections, unlimited speed

You should also let a user configure this in the settings.

This should make downloading multiple files together more efficient.
