Update install.sh Script , also add uninstall.sh script

Changes in install.sh:

• Add a custom Logger function
• Add detect_package_manager function to install dependencies
• update install_dependencies function
• change the closing and killing of the application process to pkill
• change the generation desktop file to HEREDOC
• update download_zip function

Add uninstall.sh script to uninstall the application

Changes in README.md:

• Add uninstall section
• change the Linux and Windows installation instructions from dropdown to code block

Recommendation:

Strongly recommend to change the repository name or create an official repository for it, loved it, and I'd make more contributions.
