Missing libeay32__ .dll #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.running the command "perl <PPDIR>\pulledpork.pl -c 
<PPDIR>\etc\pulledpork.conf -vT?" on a windows machine produces the error
Missing libeay32__ .dll 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Missing libeay32__ .dll

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.1

This is on Windows Server 2008 R2

You are missing a windows library that you need to make PP or Perl work on your 
windows system, you will need to install the library.  Marking this as invalid 
as it is not a bug in PP.
