Modifying SO rule stubs through pulled-pork (Re-raised) #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Adding an entry for gid:3 rule in modifysid.conf and executing pulledpork 
will not modify that rule (It works for gid:1 perfectly)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
gid-3 rule stubs are not modified

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.6.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I had already raised this issue (ticket-84) but it was closed as invalid. 
Modifying IPs/Ports is a valid requirement for the stubs as well, because those 
parameters can be changed in the stubs and will modify rule behaviour. For the
