Fixes #3094 and https://github.com/amir20/dozzle/issues/3133

Automatically reconnects failed agents
Shows failed hosts
Updates UI to include icons and version numbers for agent and docker
Nice performance boost for swarm mode
When new hosts are found UI is updated without refresh
