Pencil application appears as blank window when started #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed pencil 1.2.0 on 1.1.1
2. Run Pencil after installation
3. Installed back 1.1.1 and works perfectly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I cannot see any application controls, just blank window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pencil 1.2.0 on Windows XP Professional, Norwegian

Please provide any additional information below.

I believe this is the same as issue #226.

A workaround for this issue is described in issue #192.
