Scenario : User adds AWS govcloud account via Bulk Credential Upload and it fails.

Problem : AWS STS does not work properly with current setup for GovCloud accounts.

Solution : Ongoing issue with AWS and calling STS for account validation. Opening ticket with AWS support to validate issue and work on solution.

Workaround : Setup credentials on each AWS Account under management under Grand Central App.

Issue Closed due to workaround and open issue with AWS. I will add the support case / update to this case.
