Portfolio Endpoints #169

Endpoint needed to provide user portfolio graph values with return metrics. Also, will need to include benchmark graph values, benchmark return metrics, and differences between user performance and benchmark.

This issue is dependent on #177

@jhirschibar Since closing #177 -- I believe this is finished. We provide holding period rates for the benchmark chosen & the user's current holdings over the last 2-years(or whatever time range is specified in the request).
