Ambient Context implementation in Authentication #8

Security is one of the cross-cutting concerns and TLS is important at this context. Because of that DataProvider implemented by ThreadLocal in order to provide thread based data storage.

After some functional test, Authentication changes revert to previous version. Preferred the life time manage by wearer(consumer), because the Framework targets many context(Windows, Web, Service).
