device=cuda:0 means running on CPU only? #7

Hi, I'm trying to replica this repository and wonder if current setting is for CPU only since I search for "cuda" in repository and see most parameter as "0". Thank you if you can help to comment.

It means that you use only the first GPU if more than one are found.
