Position bar problem #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install jdk1.7.0_09/ and make a softlink: /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun -> 
/usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.7.0_09

2. Install webcamstudio webcamstudio_0.57beta4_all
3. Run webcamstudio

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When playing a video, instead of apearing a movement bar to adjust the time of 
the video, it appears a counter (Seek (sec) ).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.57beta4 on Ubuntu 12.10

Please provide any additional information below.

Versions < 0.60 are deprecated now...
We are working on entirely new UI in 0.60+, so please try installing it and 
testing...
Any feedback appreciated :)
