Swtich to android support library v13 #36

The v13 library includes the v4 library and will make this package easier to 
add to newer apps.

Hey,
As I understand it using v13 version of support library is for when you want to 
have minSdkVersion 13 or higher. I plan to support lower APIs, so I don't think 
it would be possible to change that. Am I right here?
If you want to replace it in your project, you are free to do that ;)

Also when 2.0 is released it will be available on maven central for 
gradle/maven users and you could then put v13 dependency and excluding v4 when 
appropriate.

Yes, that's correct. And I did switch it in my project...

Perhaps it's still too soon to switch generally. Hold off until the Android 
Dashboard shows less than 2% for GingerBread.
