IAP Guidance #90

I'm just going to share here in case the archives help someone else. I was failing to get the product list for an IAP based on http://www.raywenderlich.com/21081/introduction-to-in-app-purchases-in-ios-6-tutorial because I hadn't setup the bank and tax info, and signed the contracts in iTunesConnect. I setup the account a few years ago for a free app and skipped it - not realizing that this needs to be in place during development of In App Purchases (I assumed only at release time). Now I have the signed agreement in place, I can fetch the in app purchase product list successfully - a critical step towards completing an IAP....!
