More refined syntax highlighting control #28

Enable syntax highlighting for:

Basic Block Definition
Basic Block Usage
Local Value definition
Local Value usage
Global Value Definition
Global Value Usage

Also possibly:

Parameter Definition
Parameter Usage

By default it isn't important to actually use a different color for each different option; but enabling all the above will give the user freedom to set up things differently.
