Add Domoticz integration for current weather conditions #147

I added the option to retreive the current weather status from a Domoticz system with a weather station. This is by default disabled. You need to give your domoticz hostname and port number and the weather hardware name used in Domoticz.

Hi @avriessen, thanks for integrating Domoticz I don't have any background with this, can you help me setup so that i can test. Would be nice if include some details and steps to use(for normal user) in README

Hi @amit9838 I have added some description to the readme. It's not easy to setup this for your self since you need a weather station such as the Perel WC224. This is a WiFi enabled weatherstation with a 7" color screen and a outdoor weather station. This can be connected to e.g. WeatherUnderground. WeatherUnderground can then be connected to Domoticz. I will see if I can create a second API key so you can setup Domoticz yourself and add my weather station to your test domoticz (Domoticz can run in a docker container or VM).

Would be nice if you can provide the api. In the mean time can you share some statistics that how many people might be using Domoticz?
