"Go" instead of "New Line" when entering description in notification #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When a bug report notification dialog appears and the user is typing in the 
description field, the bottom right of the keyboard shows the new line button.
2. In order to submit the report, the user must press the back button to hide 
the keyboard (not the most intuitive) and then press the "OK" button in the 
dialog box.

Expected Behavior:
The bottom right button in the keyboard should be a Submit/Go button that will 
submit the bug report when pressed. The user should not have to press the back 
button on the device to hide the keyboard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.3, ICS
