Move issues/ PRs back to Gizra/og #307

It was noted by @japerry the OG's progress is lacking public visibility, which is a shame, since we are having a nice progress.

So I suggest moving back the issues to the main repo. I've already updated the 8.x-1.x there, and created a D.O dev release as-well

This fork can still be used by its collaborators as it makes it easier to help each other on the same branch.
