subscribe routes give a 404 #314

Any route subscribe link gives a 404 page in my setup (latest dev version from d.o). Will debug a bit further, but it's a mystery for now.

Ok, my bad - upgrading on an existing installation, always tricky, my default membership config entity and request fields didn't exist - indidivually importing them did the trick.

Sorry for the noise.
