Can it have a sub menu for select? #87

May I ask if there can be a sub menu for selecting? As in the picture, if my pointer is at LINCY,there should be a secondary menu popup in the right list numbers from 1-10(as skill capacity, so the model is LINCY-5 something like this). The same is to all the users for selecting. Thanks for your kindness help!
