Right now the auth code is broken with apache commons codec 1.4. See
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CODEC-89.

You might want to change OAuthScheme.getHttpMessage

from

byte[] encodedHash = new Base64().encode(hash);

to

byte[] encodedHash = Base64.encodeBase64(hash, false);
